Saucony is a North American manufacturer of footwear and apparel. The company is a subsidiary of Wolverine World Wide.Products commercialised by Saucony include footwear and clothing ranges, such as athletic shoes, jackets, hoodies, t-shirts, sweatpants, shorts, and socks. Accesories include hats and backpacks.

An angry customer mentioned, "Saucony shoes are not good. I’ve gone on a few runs with them now and my feet/legs get more and more sore each time. The backs feel like they don’t really cover and support my heel, I am getting blisters half way up my heel. I figured by now they would be broken in and the blisters and soreness would go away, but that is not the case. My feet are worse off than they were in my OLD old shoes I was using before I got new ones. When I pay a lot for a Saucony shoe I expect great results. I am disappointed."

"Wolverine world wide is no longer a company within the area. I worked there over 5 years. When they went down hill and had to adjust shifts giving people a chioce change shifts or quit with minimum payout and ridding of anyone that didn't work to their agenda, I lost faith in the company. Surprised they lasted years after."

Retail Store Manager (Former Employee) says

"Normal work week, weekends, holidays, overtime. Learned about the show business. Upper management was very difficult to get a hold of and there was not communication at all. Workplace culture was full of stress and unprofessional.Sales and KPI's were easily accomplishedLack of Upper management communication"

Sales Associate/ Cashier (Former Employee) says

"The company had a horrible habit of misusing the employees there. There was never any actual employee appreciation when sales goals were met or if you went out of your way to help the store look positive as a whole."

"The manager was rude, coworkers were all stuck up, they never had hours for me, only called me when the needed me for about 3-4 hours. Minimum wage salary. No prosManagement sucks"

"I love working with people and kids. There is nothing wrong within the company. I learned alot about kids because of this companyBenefits to learn about shoesShort breaks"

Packer (Current Employee) says

"I worked for WWW in BR over the summer and it is honestly a terrible place. The hours are long, OT is suddenly sprung upon you, (I don't mind the extra hours) and the people that work there are all very rude and unintelligent. I've worked in a few factories, and honestly the only way to describe most of the workers is "white trash" because they are the scum you see climbing out from under rocks when something happens that they want to see in town.Four 10 minute breaks and a 30 minute lunch, alot of hoursNasty building, very hot, awful people, belligerent passive-aggressive supervisor"

ASSISTANT MANAGER (Former Employee) says

"Stride right is a good place for a starting manager. Teaches you the basics about selling and running a team. For the young people, its a good place."

SALES REP (Current Employee) says

"Just really poor management to be honest. No hours. but you get to talk to a lot of people if youre into that like I am. They only give you hours depending on if you sell from my knowledge, but at the same time they make you work in the back, so its really hard to say.Customer serviceHorrible management."

Sales Associate (Former Employee) says

"I was very optimistic when I first stated, until I started having issue with a coworker whom I was presented to me as a assistant manager. This Co worker had an issue with me always coming in early, when I worked with her I wasn't allowed to help with any tasks, when I asked if there was anything I could do instead of standing around, she would just look at me with annoyances. I had spoke with the store manager about these interactions with this Co-Worker early on and she told me that she would try to schedule us apart for the most part, but this didn't happen all the time. The hardest part of going to work was the will to go in when I knew I would be working with her. I really was not able to enjoy the work environment to much concerning I just wanted out, I really couldn't believe some one like that had the ability to work with people so closely. I learned that I should of brought all incidences past the store manager and to home office. she is very lucky if she is still with the company.not working aside one of my co-workersworking with a bad co-worker"

Store Manager (Former Employee) says

"Since the company was sold multiple times it has no direction. Management has no idea what is going on half the time. Company does not like to hire within so there is no growth. People in upper management positions are not interested in their employees only customer service scores. Hours are being cut all the time and tasks are always multiplying. Stores are understaffed and moral is low,"

Warehouse Employee (Former Employee) says

"On the Friday of my second week there, they called me before work saying they didnt need me anymore. Dont on working here if you want a job that lasts longer than two weeks."

Scot Fenn says

"I finally bought a pair of Saucony hiking shoes after trying on several other brands. So comfortable and basically kept my feet dry. After one year they still look new but the fabric mesh on the front is disintegrating. In a few weeks they will not be wearable. Thank you CHINA!!! I have contacted Saucony and will update this if they back their product."

John Jepsen says

"Cannot email the return label saucony sent me Via email to local post office to have copy of return label made."

Al Scarboro says

"I am a healthcare worker and also very active outside of work. I have worn Saucony Jazz originals for over 20 years. Then for the sake of the bottom line, this company has taken the perfect shoe and turned it into a cheap piece of junk. They removed cushion from the tongue of the shoe and also inside the shoe. I went from walking on a cloud to talking on cement. I am so disgusted"

Trevor says

"Placed an order online, and I recieved an order confirmation right away. 3 business days later, the order is not showing up in their system, and I waited 1.5 hours waiting to talk to customer service without any luck. I love their products but it shows how little they value their customers"

max says

"I ordered Saucony Bullets on May 28th. On June 6, I reached out asking why they hadn't shipped yet (according to the order tracker). They never responded, but I received an automated email later the same day, stating that my order had been cancelled "due to customer requests or because inventory was unavailable at our warehouse."
Considering the Saucony website clearly stated which sizes/colors were and were not available, I'm not sure why this happened. I'm also very disappointed that it took them over a week to let me know, and only after I had to reach out about my shipment.
I've been wearing Saucony for years, but plan to move on to another company that takes customer service more seriously."

Travis A. says

"Saucony does business with affiliates. After an affiliate sends a customer to the Saucony website, Saucony pays a commission on the sale amount if the customer ends up making a purchase. In my case, I used the affiliate TopCashback.com, linked to Saucony, and immediately placed an order. Saucony then owed a small commission on the sale. Sadly, Saucony lied to the affiliate and said they wouldn't pay the commission because the sale came through another affiliate channel. This is not the case. Saucony wouldn't say who the other alleged affiliate was. I've made over a hundred cash back purchased without a problem until this one. Saucony is a dishonest company and I would not recommend doing business with them."

Michael says

"They take you're money and don't ship product, then tell you they can't cancel and give a refund because they've boxed the item but never shipped it. Basic thievery."

Sean Clark says

"Beware if you free return with UPS you do not get a receipt and will lose your money !!! As order will “go missing”."

John Collins says

"Poor customer service, slow refund... Over a month, and still waiting..."

Lynn G. says

"I have been wearing the same Saucony shoe for a while as they have a wide toe box. When I went to replace them Saucony had replaced them with a New narrower model. The Running Room convinced me that they were wide enough. So I bought them. I put in a lot of Kms/week and they made my toes numb. Contacted Saucony only to get the run around with multiple emails. Got nowhere. Saucony customer service sucks!!!!!!!"

Julie says

"If I could give this zero stars I would.
My husband received the worst service with a supervisor after his shoes ripped after having them for one week.
He was told to go buy a new pair of shoes, cut the tongue out of the ripped shoe and send that to them and then wait for his replacement pair of shoes in the mail.
This is the most asinine thing I have ever heard.
The supervisor said his boss doesn’t take calls and have a nice day."

Matt Dee says

"A week after I purchase the shoes they started to rip at the glue section and saucony would not replace my shoes for me they said it had to send them in which I could not as I was wearing them as I don't have enough money to buy a second pair they would not replace them I will never buy Saucony shoes again. I spoke with the customer service agent they were absolutely horrible to deal with will never buy these shoes again and will tell my entire group of people I know to never buy the shoes"

Mike Hadder says

"I've loved & worn Saucony for quite some time. The Kinvara 9 is now tearing up my toe ends & bruised one toe nail due to the fit or just a plain defect. Since i've worn then outside Saucony will not exchange them for a larger size; which is the same size i've worn of theirs for 9 years. I have been a diehard Saucony lover for 9 years & even wear them for my trail shoes."

Kim Selsø says

"I bought a pair of running shoes some time ago by the brand Saucony Everun. I have run for 25 years but never experienced a shoe with such a bad heel jacket. After less than 400 km the inside of the heel cap is worn away, leaving only hard plastic left. Bad purchase ..."

Torben says

"Super shoe for running but really-really poor quality and no European customer service when you have a problem. We had the shoe for 6 month and the heel was completely damaged!"

Mary says

"I ordered 2 pair of sneakers. One pair was received on May 16 and the second was May 26. 3 of the 4 shoes now have tears on the inner backings of the heels and have made painful blisters after less than 3 months of wear. Very disappointed. I am writing to the company next."

Alejandra Perez says

"great shoe for run but the only problem is always ripped from the side they exchange my shoes but i have the same problem also i bought some shoes to my husband and happend the same thing i have all my shoes to prove they need better quality"

Eileen says

"Who did the Saucony/Strava 50 - 80 KM challenge in Canada. Well I did, and completed the full 80 KM. With 50 Km, you get 30% off good on their web site. with 80 KM, your name is entered into the draw for Saucony runners. Well, after completion, it was submitted and you wait for your email code to start buying. Well, several of us never received emails, how is that possible. I contact Srava, they in turn advised me to contact Saucony. I did and they said just purchase what you want and then let us know the order number and we will adjust, which I did, but the calculations were incorrect and it wasn't 30% off. I proceeded to contact Saucony again, but still they couldn't comprehend the tax base here in Canada as they are situated in the USA. So i'm still out money, and to have to call again and again, and again from start to finish...totally not even worth it. The topper was at the end of the conversation, they have a survey, but the last person i spoke to "Michelle" at customer service - Saucony, would not hand up, therefore I could not do the survey. she is a smart cookie. That is all, just putting it out there.. Not a happy camper here. Not even sure if my name was put in for the draw overall.... on a light note, I did complete the challenge, so Kudos to me"

JEFF KENYON says

"The uppers on Guide 9 and Guide10 support trainers wear quickly , especially at the big toe and at the outer ( little toe ) side . I've had previous Guide trainers ( 5 and 7 ) which wear much better on the uppers and in fact outlast the soles . There's an obvious lack of strengthening in these areas compared with the previous examples , ( as does the latest version Guide ISO ) . I guess Saucony don't take wear seriously any more ..."
